Walking
The experts all agree - walking is one of the best forms of exercise you can do. Great paths, open spaces and little pollution makes the Territory an excellent place for walking.
Can you walk part of the way to work? Or walk your kids to school and then catch a bus? Perhaps you can park further away from work and walk the rest of the way? What about walking to the local shops for that litre of milk?
These are just a few options ... but they all achieve the same thing - more exercise and less pollution.
Changing the way you get about is all about making different decisions. Once you get used to a new way of travelling, it will seem totally normal!
